Looks like I’ve been able to confirm that logging in and registering both do not go to the next screen in IE, but DO go to the next screen for either Firefox or Chrome. Any help will be appreciated!

Was afraid someone would say that… the rest of my site is built for Windows .Net framework, and cannot be moved to Unix (or so the people at my company who know about all this are saying). Is it clear I don’t know what I’m talking about yet? ?? I’ll just have my coder build a contact form for me outside the blog.

samboll, thanks for the suggestion. It did not, unfortunately, do the trick. I’ve gone so far as removing ALL my widgets now, and regardless of the theme I’m on, the dashboard says I am using 10 widgets, none of which are showing up in any sidebar.

I should clarify – if I get some advice that says, “Sure, you could figure that out,” I will spend the weekend cramming on the topic. Go buy some books, read up on it, and find what I can on the Web. Not just come spam the board. “How do I change the color of my font? It doesn’t match yet!”

Just wondering what y’all think about how steep the learning curve is and whether or not I should spend my boss’s money on a book or a consultant.
