I added the following into my child theme and am getting no changes. I’m just trying to shrink that huge padding, but nothing works. All of my other changes in the child theme are working fine….

Will be giddy if someone can stop me from banging my head against the wall!!

it appears you are wasting your time w/ them. From what I can tell, they are only offering support to users that cough up 90 bucks to use their software. They’ve even removed the forum so users are no longer able to offer each other support.
I’m stumbling with the same issue as you, but have headed out to find another plugin that A. works and B. offers some sort of support.

sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo frustrating to FINALLY get a site migrated to a new server…. then try YET ANOTHER upgrade…. and have it fail…

now i’ve got “page not found” errors all over the place and will spend the next couple hours trying to get this running!!!

starting to wonder why i keep trying w/ WP….. they seem to work so hard at making it difficult!

tried switching the theme but no dice.
backed up the config and content items and exported my data.
Reinstall seemed to fix it….

odd one.

yep… sorry forgot to mention this is a fairly fresh install and only had the hello dolly and amisket in there.. removed both so she’s naked now.
Starting to think my theme could be causing problems. it was built by someone else, so I didn’t have control over that part….

If I wanted to compare the files to a “normal” theme or the default, which files would you recommend that I focus on?

(completely appreciate your help BTW… always amazed that there are people out there (like yourself) willing to help others out)

i must have something messed up in the “innerds” of the wordpress site. i tried clearing cookies and tried it on all 3 browsers..
it is odd that if I type in the “wrong” password, the login section wiggles and says “wrong, etc..” but if I type in the correct password, it just clears it out and goes back to the login screen leaving my username auto-filled.

the password re-set always works, but clearly not the most efficient way to login to my site.. i’ll keep poking around.
