In reply to: [Nobs ? Share Buttons] Only display on certain pagses/postsI changed that in the file juiz-social-post-sharer.php
What difference should that have made, as the buttons are still showing up on pages as well.
Also, when is next update due out?
Jason
Thanks, where in the instructions is this documented. The field clearly says “Enter the Backup Folder Name”… not “Enter the Backup Folder ID”
Can you see the confusion?
And the zip file that downloads to my Google Drive, only goes into the root directory of my Google Drive, and had a very weird file name “1341532886.zip”
I’m hoping there is more customisation available for the file name and the actual folder it can go in. Previously I was using the WordPress to Dropbox backup, and you can specify a folder you want to have the backups go into such as /backups/wordpress/ etc.

In reply to: New post window issueThanks.
I’ve just installed a few more themes, and the post window works fine in all of them. As soon as I re-activate the twenty ten or twenty eleven themes, the post window is restricted in width as per my original post… you can only type half way across the screen. Not sure why this is.

In reply to: New post window issueThere is more text in one of the media settings images, inside the yellow highlight box I did.

In reply to: New post window issueI’ve also noticed some differences on two of my blogs. Both are running the latest 3.2.1, but one has been going for a while and has constantly been upgraded, whilst one is a brand new install of 3.2.1.
If you look at these screens, they have different features:
Writing settings on new install: https://bit.ly/w1csih
Writing Settings on older install: https://bit.ly/uuk7sXMedia Settings on new install: https://bit.ly/u7HTtm
Media settings on older install: https://bit.ly/rumU7wYou can see the difference in the yellow square.
Given it’s the same version of WordPress, why would these differences exist?

In reply to: New post window issueWell I was using the twenty eleven theme. As soon as I installed one of the other themes from the appearances tab, it’s working fine.
As soon as I did a test post that worked, I saved that and then went back and re-activated twenty eleven, and then went back to my draft post, and the edit post window was small again, on multiple browsers, even after the caches were cleared. Is this an issue with the twenty eleven theme?

In reply to: New post window issueI’m using the same browser for the one that is working, and have the one that is not working in another tab of the same browser. I’ve also tried in Firefox too. All latest versions of each browser.

In reply to: New post window issueI have also tried going into the full screen editing mode, and you can see in this image how the width is restricted:
But on another blog that is also on 3.2.1 with the same plugins, the main post window is okay:
Remembering that I’m having this same issue on the last 3 blogs I’ve installed… all on the same server as the one that is working above. I’ve tried deactivating all the plugins, totally deleting them… made sure all the settings are the same as the one that is working.
I’m stumped!

In reply to: New post window issueI’ve done all of the above, and this is happening on all of my blogs, even the new installs that I did today.
Here is a screen shot that shows it: https://bit.ly/tbSkiB
I’m at a total loss.

In reply to: Blog has stopped with these errorsI’ve managed to login as admin after changing the login details in phymyadmin.
FYI The blog is at : https://www.sgervay.com/blog
When I look at all the images in the blog posts in the entire blog, something has been added into the database that is putting weird code into the image and hrefs, as per below.
<span><a rel="\"attachment" href="//www.sgervay.com/blog/2011/04/09/international-childrens-illustrator-mike-spoor-touring-oz/olympus-digital-camera-159/\""></a><a href="//www.sgervay.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/036.jpg\""><img class="\"alignleft" title="\"Mike" src="\"https://www.sgervay.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/036-300x225.jpg\"" alt="\"\"" width="\"210\"" height="\"158\"" /></a>Mike Spoor makes characters come <strong><span>alive! </span></strong></span>
Also, it’s put a \ before any apostrophe.
<span>Here\'s what Mike did:-</span>
I have no idea what’s caused this, nor how to fix it. Everything else with the blog seems to be functioning, aside from the 3 tables mentioned in my first post above.
Genuinely hoping someone can assist.

In reply to: Can’t add linksHow, I am just using the standard “blogroll” that I have renamed to links. I have one link in there already but can’t another new one.
