    Thank you for the response.

If I enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log, will it affect the day-to-day operations of the site when there are no errors?

I have upgraded the Ninja Forms codebase to 3 before but needed to rollback because it caused the submissions of all the forms on the site to stop going through. I am in contact with someone from the Ninja Forms site currently, hoping to fix the issues.

I appreciate the response! Any idea of a time frame? The school year is starting soon and I will need to schedule a lot of events.

    Thank you, Barry.

v 4.5.10 of The Events Calendar,
v 4.4.15 of The Events Calendar PRO, and
    v 3.7.5 of WordPress

When creating a new event, or editing a pre-existing one, I cannot edit the venue or organizer.

On a new event, I am only given the option to “Add another organizer”. Clicking this button just scrolls to the top of the page and does nothing else. There are no visible options next to Venue

On pre-existing events which had venues and organizers originally, I can no longer see either. I am given the option to Edit Venue and Edit Organizer (both open new tabs)and Add another organizer which does the same as stated above.

Additionally, adjusting the time and date of the event does not work properly. The date box only allows me to type in the date instead of opening a calendar like before, and the selecting a time only opens a small UI that doesn’t let me select anything at all.

Can we please get a response? There are a lot of fatal issues with this update. Cannot assign Organizers or Venues to new events and cannot edit previously made events either. Date and Time entry fields are broken as well, requiring me to manually input them and accepting any random string of characters. It has been 4 days since the last comment in this thread; it would be lovely to hear if this is being worked on.

@steveguilford, I am still on WP v4.7.5 and I am having similar issues with TEC v4.5.10. Really hope to get an update on these issues soon.

    Having the same issue.

Yikes, that sounds like a real problem. It seems like its an issue with a particular plugin. I found this video while researching solutions today that might help:

How to Fix the 500 internal server error in WordPress

At about 1:20 they recommend locating the plugins folder using FTP. Renaming that folder may be able to deactivate all of your plugins, removing the error and allowing you to get back to the dashboard.

If you don’t know how to use an FTP like FileZilla or WinSCP, you could contact your hosting service or server administrator and they may be able to help you.

I hope this helps, and good luck!

    Thanks for the response.

We are using the WooCommerce Authorize.Net AIM payment gateway.

As I mentioned, I am very new to WordPress and know very little about the debugging process. Would you be able to direct me to a detailed tutorial for turning on debug mode?

I’m having a similar issue. A lot of areas on my site are live and working. A few return the “HTTP ERROR 500” when I try to load them, and the wp-admin login returns the same error. I updated a few plugins on the site which I believe is what caused the issues, but how am I supposed to fix it if I can’t access the admin pages or dashboard?
