I dont have any reference for the question. But I found some help to hardcode/customize the theme to input the login form into the top header.
To hide the admin bar for non-admin users. You can try this plugin:

Above is the code that I inserted. When I change the number from 1-10, it shows exact number. But more than 10, the table will auto generate a page link after 10 rows. Making it two pages.

I saw the counter too actually but its in Chrome while I was using Firefox, I have tried multiple social media plugin, and facebook social icon seems to have problem at the time.
I did some research, but it seems firefox have this kind of issue once in a while. Are you familiar with this issue? For example, right now, I am using a different plugin, and when i view it with Firefox, i can’t see facebook icon..but in chrome, i can see both facebook and google+ icon..

Also, i tried sharing from google+ and check the tally on the link you gave, still 0..does it take time to cache to count?

i checked the settings, and i already tick the show social counter under display settings.
I want to be able to show counter on both facebook and google+

I have set the settings such as:
1)new user has to wait for the admin approval
2)notify admin email for new registration

I tried register for new user, but the admin has not been able to receive any mail.

The theme I am working with is very rare. The theme doesn’t allow editor to make changes in the normal editor. Instead we have to create a template in theme options and apply it from the page settings.
All the other pages like “matches,predictions sheet,ranking”, I manage to find the shortcode to duplicate the original ones. But the statistics and user prediction page’s shortcode cannot be generate throught the footballpool options in the page editor.
I was wondering if you have the shortcode for user predictions page?
Its a page when a user click on another user’s name and all the predictions from that player will shows in the table.
