It’s been a while since i have had to get my hands dirty with WP except this one site but that question confuses me a bit. How do you add your sermons or any content without the admin panel enabled?

I’m also still not understanding the memory errors. It seems to be maxing on 50MB but the PHP config on the server states 128MB limit. I tried forcing WP to 128MB in the config file but no luck there. Plugins telling me server data all say limit is “-1” for some reason but it looks like my usage is right around 46MB. I really don’t have much running but I cleaned up a few things and have SB enabled right now…

If you are using an editor like Dreamweaver or Notepad++ the topic of discussion would be on lines 413 through 419 in /wp-content/plugins/sermon-browser/sb-includes/frontend.php. Do a search for “ESV API key” and that should get you there.

I haven’t played with it anymore. Just posted a notice about scripture not currently working until a site upgrade occurs – whenever I will get to that migration…

@douglaseraye I didn’t catch the v2/v3 change before and was just left with that error I mentioned above. I changed to v3 and now the references just totally disappeared – with no error.

I emailed that address but of course got no response. I’m not ready to migrate to Sermon Manager yet so it would be nice to have this working for a little while yet.

Looking forward to the new release as well as I have a winter website redesign to do and would love to clean up the Sermon Browser display a bit in that process.

    Thanks for your continued development!

So it looks like they want everyone to have their own API key – which is free and easy to get in 5 minutes @ https://api.esv.org.

However, I put mine in (on line 418 as discussed above) and now I just get a different error. “ERROR: We could not find your access key. Please email [email protected] if you have questions.” Down a rabbit hole…
