Hi Joe.

First of all, thank you for this amazing plugin! We love it!

We are also experiencing the same issue with the “Skip to Content” scrolling perfectly to the main content area, but then when we hit tab again, it takes us back to the first element at the top of the page. I don’t believe we are using any smooth scroll effects although it could be part of the theme we are using. Could I ask you to take a look to see if there is something we’re overlooking here?

Yes! So actually, after I did some more testing, it wasn’t the widget causing the issue. What was happening is that when we didn’t have the listings page setup under Settings (see here), that’s when the detail page didn’t show any photos and some of the fields. When we assigned that page in settings, everything worked flawlessly. ??

Hi Ali! Thank you for the fast reply!

The problem we were having was after we clicked to view the property detail page. None of the images were showing up there. I think I may have figured it out however. It appears to have something to do with using a widget vs. setting up a designated page under the plugin Settings. Once we did that, everything was showing up.

I have solved this mystery. These messages are being generated from our programmer’s local server setup which they use for testing! ??

Thank you. We discovered what we were doing. We were clicking the SAVE button over to the right, not realizing there was a different SAVE button below. So that was resetting our changes. We are all set now!

Thank you! I finally figured out the issue! I had an ad blocker on and when I turned that off, the plugin worked perfectly! So sorry for the false alarm! ??

Thank you both for your help! Socialtech, I had already tried all of your suggestions, including using the USM widget. Nothing worked. ??

I did end up using the Social Media Follow Buttons Bar suggested by SelfOutlet and that worked. I’m sorry I couldn’t get USM working! We LOVE that plugin!!

I just found this response on another thread and changing this setting fixed my issue:

@tomeronen, Do you have the “Autoplay slideshow” option enabled in the settings (Settings -> Video Lightbox -> prettyPhoto)? If so please disable it and see how it goes.

I have this same issue with all of our videos and iframes. The lightbox comes up and the videos start to play, then they keep reloading and starting over. I don’t have any cache plugin installed.
