@technicalx once again accept the apology for the late response due to busy schedule. Please be clear about this plugin functionality that it works with your primary query. If you are sure that WPBakery grid is using primary query so this query number should work. But I would recommend you to use the shortcodes section instead. The reason is, normally these modern content editors are already using shortcodes and within shortcodes we don’t use/recommend main queries. So to sort/filter the data which has been rendered with WPBakery grid elements, can easily be filtered with Alphabetic Pagination using appropriate shortcodes.

@alenfrost actually this plugin uses JavaScript function to reorder the posts, users, taxonomy terms etc. On front-end usually we have other type of pagination and DOM structure is not always same as it varies theme to theme templates. So technically it is possible but this feature is not yet available in this plugin. Maybe in future we will provide it with some DOM positions identifiers.

@maapi10 you can surely get the individual response in the communication thread from where you got the premium plugin credentials. Please reply to that mail and you will get a response from the development team.

@apapadakis thank you for pointing out this issue. Screenshot helped us to know about the undefined offset error. Please try the updated version and let us know how does it work for you?

@technicalx sorry for the late reply. Please confirm that pagination is working with the records? So when you click on alphabets so it sorts/filter the items/posts in the list? If not, then please check your settings page permissions tab and set default query to 1 and next input box for the query to 2 or 3.

Secondly, if you are talking about making the alphabets disabled which are not available so please attach a screenshot of the settings page and provide the URL on which we can see this plugin in action.

@flexaftale so when default hook is thankyou then order receipt page should split, no further cron is required. Please do not be confused with the multiple options on settings page. In case you still need it to be assured, use your cron jobs area under your hosting panel.

@zachjjackson actually there is a conflict between the fontawesome.min files versions. Your theme is including a file as well. WP Docs plugin is using CSS property display:none; and fontawesome from your theme is using display:inline-block; which is taking priority. Kindly fix it on your end, do not load fontawesome from the theme as it is already being loaded from the plugin.

@zachjjackson please try the latest version 1.8.2 and let us know if your issue has been resolved?

@korney654 please explain a little more here that you are cancelling the original order or the combined one? Actually WooCommerce considers the restore action with respect to that ORDER# which you are cancelling, there is no association with the child orders when you’re cancelling. Although we displaying some icons which provide information about the parent/original orders but actually every order is an independent order. So if you will cancel the combined order as well, then stock will take effect further.
