Hi Michael,
Yes I am still having trouble. I currently have Credly working where when I approve a submission it will send to credly but I cant use the badge builder without having to go out and get a new API key and then get another to make it start issuing badges again when i’m not with badge builder.

The other main problem with Credly is that it still wont save to a linked in profile, only the newsfeed itself.

Looks like I got my hopes up to fast. It only works for a short time and then stops sending badges again. It also has problems letting me connect to badge builder to build a badge. I have had to get a new key at least 4 times now and I can only do so much before it stops again.

I will. Fingers crossed. The only other Credly issue I am seeing is that when it try’s to post a badge to linked in through credly. The add to news feed works but the add directly to your profile button does not work, it does nothing.

I looked up how to pull your API key again off of credly and tried it and it worked. It was different than the original key. I agree, I didn’t think it would cause that affect but it seems to be working since I repulled the API.

I am wondering if by changing the password if it messed up my API key but i’m not sure how to go about finding out what it is if it changed.

OK I tried that and I couldn’t manually upload directly to the library either, however in doing so and getting an error I noticed that everything that had worked was either jpeg, pdf etc. I was trying to upload a word doc as well as all the other ones that messed up were all word. I didn’t realize you couldn’t do word, so I will just let everyone know to covert to PDF before uploading and that should fix it. thanks!

HI Michael, I looked in the library and there are several attachments and those seemed to have all worked and went though on the submissions. However the ones having a problem and that I did are not showing up in the library. Is there a setting that I did wrong that are making some show up in the library and some now show up in the library?
