Hi Jeff @superlemon1998 After the update, it’s working for me again! Thank You very much. The Xml’s files are populated with products again.
Jaime.
Hi @graphicrg i had the same error a couple of months ago. When the post smtp plugin was updated, the hosting account put in quarentine two or three files from the plugin, for potential malware, but the files were correct without problem.
So i had to contact the hosting, and they clear the files from quarentine. And the plugin started to work again. It was a false positive.
Maybe this info could help you.
Cheers!
Hi @haseeb0001 maybe I found the problem, on march 28th I got an email from my hosting company saying this file was malicious:
‘wp-content/plugins/post-smtp/Postman/Postman-Mail/Zend-1.12.10/Validate/Hostname.php’
And the hosting put it in quarantine.
On March 27th or 28th I believe the plugin was automatically updated.
Is this possible?? what can I do?
I already re-installed the plugin (downloaded from wordpress repository), but that file dissapears from the folder. I have this problem on 3 sites, same hosting company, different servers.
Thanks
Hi @haseeb0001 I installed query monitor plugin, send a test email again and here it is the email log (https://bit.ly/3KxUwdo).
It didn’t show the email test, but the monitor showed two slow queries.
