I solved the problem bij de-activating the plugin Contactform DB.

I found another solution. I clicked on Themes then on Accelarate ‘customizer’ and then on ‘extra css’. I pasted the following line there ((found on Internet):
a # scroll-up {
display: none! important;
Then the default arrow-up was gone.
Then I installed the plugin ‘WPFront Scroll up’.
Now it’s OK.

This didn’t solve the problem.

That did not solve the problem. When I go to a template of my theme on https://demo.themegrill.com/accelerate/ then it works on pc AND on mobile AND on tablet.

Unfortunately, that did not solve the problem.
Do you have the same problem on your phone or tablet when you visist my website?

Each page on the website has a blue arrow at the bottom right. If you click on that, the page will scroll up again. The scrolling succeeds when I view the website on the PC. Scrolling is not possible when I view the website on my mobile or tablet.
It is strange that scrolling up works on the PC and not on mobile or tablet.
I have not changed the code.
