Thank you so much for getting back to me.

It is like this as soon as it is published.

Just for triple checking purposes, I did create use a new user and joined the course and these buttons were not present.

A lot of stuff will be backwards compatible, not sure about hooks and filters, but this link has a tutorial on blocks.
