None of that makes any sense to us; why doesn’t your WordPress plugin already use that by default?

We already submitted multiple support requests, they don’t respond.

The issue exists, and the CSS workarounds that we forced into the plugin to try to fix it don’t work because it messes it up on various device sizes.

We had to put this in and it only fixes it on mobile and then messes it up on iPad/Desktop:

Yes, we use the current version because your current version is the one we posted about that caused the issue…it didn’t look like that for the last 3 years until now.

And yes, we clear the cache dozens of times per day as we are very large scale ecommerce website.

We saw the same issue, that 200px css code comes from the plugin developer themselves.

We see the issue when testing the site on any mobile phone, and we are getting 2-3 complaints per week from customers about it.

We uninstalled and reinstalled a few times and the issue resolved itself.

We do have another question though, we are trying to enable the field in bulk on thousands of specific products by using the Woocommerce CSV import/export feature, but we can’t locate the column even though the plugin seems to indicate that there is one? It says:

You fixed the issue but created a new one. Your CSS code breaks on our website; the drop-down area isn’t visible to users, and the form and button are no longer formatted as they were prior.

Problem is not solved, unfortunately. No customers can use their store credit now. We tried as well and cannot:
