I have the same problem with the ‘restoring database’ not ending and the ‘stop import’ not working. The database appears in php-MyAdmin in the control panel but I get ‘Server error’ when trying to log in to the site and the only thing I can seem to do is delete WordPress and start again.

The import is from a site running locally on Wamp, to a live Linux webserver. The php version on the server is lower than on Wamp.

Any suggestions please?

Many thanks for getting back to me.

I hadn’t realized that some of the posts were only open to friends – my unfamiliarity with Facebook, I’m afraid! I’ve corrected that but I still can’t seem to get the images or events to show, although all appear to now be public.

It probably doesn’t affect the issue, but just to let you know, I’ve done nothing with the “Feed Images” setting under the IK Style Options, although I have ticked “Link Photo to Feed Item” and set “Number of Photo Feed Items” to 5, under “Display Options”.

Any further help you can give would be much appreciated.

I have just installed IK Facebook Plugin (standard version) but cannot get it to display anything more than the Facebook page title.

I used the plugin on another site with no problems and I can’t see what’s wrong here. All Plugin Status tests are positive (other than PRO Features Unlocked).

Could it be because what little content is on the Facebook page has been there a while? If not, can you please take a look at https://www.rotarystneots.org.uk (left column widget) and suggest how I might get it to display the feed. Not being a fan of Facebook, I’m not entirely familiar with it but I’m pretty certain the page is public and not restricted in any way.
