Actually, I just realized that when I get rid of query_posts, it totally messes up the pagination. Is there any way around this?

Nevermind, I figured out what my problem was. The global variable for page number in the paged_title() function in aioseop.class.php was $paged, but my get variable was page. I just changed $paged to $page and it worked.
