Excluding NONVIP should be handled by the Perfect Brands plugin. Please contact the author. I’m not sure, but maybe the default return value of true in is_valid_for_brand in file lib/admin/class-coupon.php cause this if the handlers is_valid_for_brand and is_valid_for_exclude_brand are not fired in the expected order.

The plugin is still being supported and developed; mostly fixes and minor new features. No ‘big’ new features are being added. We react faster on the PRO support channel. Not that much on the www.remarpro.com channel.

Is it a problem with the brand exclusion? What plugin do you use for that?

This normally means a javascript error on the page. Can be caused by any plugin. Please try this:

1. Temporarily disable our plugin
2. Edit the coupon. Try adding / removing the product from the ‘Products’ selection
3. Now you can disable our plugin again

In step 2; does removing the product from the field work?

Please send instructions so I can reproduce this behaviour on your site.

Btw, is “Update order review on payment method change” enabled on our plugin’s settings page?
