instead of reverting back to 700px mine goes to zero

How did you get the menu button to work? Once my site (twenty fifteen with child theme) is down to iPad sized screens the nav menu button stops working.

Did you find a solution that worked? I would rather not edit the php or js. It would have to be redone with every update.
I would like to know if it works for composites as well. So far I’ve tested it and it doesn’t but I’m sure there is a simple solution.
