That’s right, we aren’t seeing any failures. We have now turned on Vaulting and I’m hoping this will allow the payment to be captured within 3 minutes/ upon receiving the relevant webhook as you mentioned.

Thank you so much for that! So yes indeed, a lot of the content was in Custom Fields. I turned on indexing of the Custom fields and it worked a treat.

We still get a 403 forbidden warning. I have tried what you suggested and it’s the same result.

Thanks for your response. It turns out the issue is coming from the Currency per product plugin so I have contacted them about it.
