I’ve confirmed that rolling back to 3.2.14 resolves the issue.

The error in the network console response tab reads:

unique_field_error A form with this value has already been submitted.

Yep, same here with me. I wasted SOOOOO much time yesterday thinking it was a conflict with my theme or my plugins.

This morning I turned off all the plugins except for ninja forms and reverted back to 2015 theme…. still the same issue. Depending on the settings, after hitting submit the page either goes blank or does nothing.

I just bought the “user management” extension for 50 bucks yesterday so I could get something accomplished and here I sit… very unexceptable

Sorry my idiot brain solved the problem via javascript conflict.

Customers are also reporting that previously they were able to enter numbers and it would create spaces automatically… now you can enter as many characters as you’d like…

There must be some sort of code I can use in my functions that will refresh the page after registration, right?

Thanks but it appears that support is off for the weekend.

There really should be an easily solution for this just like the login page has a refresh current page after login.

Anyone have any idea how to add a function that will refresh the current page after registration with this plugin?
