I am still struggling with this problem. Can anybody help? Please?

Thanks for your message here is what happened:

– I deactivated all the plugins and the problem remained.

– I switched to Twenty Ten and it seemed to work again but the indent was very small

– I reset the plugins via PHPMyAdmin but that was not good, it made some active plugins completely disappear.

Apparently, it might be a theme issue but one that declared itself with the upgrade to 3.1 as when running 3.05 everything was fine.

What can it be?

Thanks for your quick reply alism. I’ve unfortunately checked those files already and they are clean.

I don’t know how I’ve managed but I think the situation is hopeless.
