In reply to: [WooCommerce] File Not Found Go to ShopThanks for asking @dcka
The last Woocommerce update fixed it. I didn’t do anything other than what I posted above. I had meant to navigate back here and report that but kept forgetting. Thanks again.- This reply was modified 3 years, 7 months ago by josephplan.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] File Not Found Go to Shop@abwaita I followed each work around in the link you posted, the identical information is in the link I posted. This issue is not resolved. In fact, people continue to post the issue isn’t resolved for them, even in the link you posted that claims it’s resolved.
Further, not only did you close the thread you linked, you deleted all the solutions and responses.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product download links do not work (File not Found)I followed and commented on the linked thread. I tried every “solution” but my issue is not yet resolved. This thread is also marked resolved. abwaita’s comment and link was part of the “solution” that didn’t work. Can anyone shed some light where to find more information or a bug fix? Thanks

In reply to: [WooCommerce] “File not found” when using product download linkThis issue is not resolved. I have utilized every single suggestion in this article.
I have Elegant Themes Divi, WooCommerce, enabled mod_xsendfile with my host and enabled in my shop, have renamed files with no spaces or characters. I have even tried redirects and get a 404 error page while trying to download.
I’ve put this in my .htaccess
<IfModule mod_xsendfile.c> <Files *.php> XSendFile On SetEnv MOD_X_SENDFILE_ENABLED 1 </Files> </IfModule>
The issue may have been solved for the OP, but not for me. I’m completely stumped. In the meantime, my customers are upset because they paid for files they can’t download and it’s costing us business.
