In reply to: [Visual Form Builder] error after uptade wp versionHello Alverto,
Thank you for your message and sorry for my slight delay in reply. This error is not related to our plugin, looks like maybe your using a different plugin or a built in theme form builder. It is likely whatever you are using is not compatible with newer versions of PHP (which is not uncommon). You would not run into this issue with our plugin.
Thank you,
Joseph

In reply to: [Visual Form Builder] no confirmation when file uploadHello Mrnodan,
This sounds like a possible conflict or maybe something with your php version. Here is come documentation on conflicts, you will also want to to make sure you are running php version 5.4 as a minimum as this is required for WordPress to function correctly.

Thank you,

In reply to: [Visual Form Builder] VFB form is triggering firewall blockingHello Edtorrey,
Does the form work with Wordfence turned off? If it does, we would suggest working with Wordfence to see how an exception can me made. However, our plugin works with Wordfence all the time unless they have changed something. This honestly sounds like something server side, and you might want to work with your host so see if they have some settings preventing it from working properly.
Hope this helps!

In reply to: [Visual Form Builder] Prefilled email formHello Pyrohot,
You can use a variety of hooks to perform different actions, in this case you might look at our field default hook here: https://support.vfbpro.com/support/solutions/folders/4000009442/page/2?url_locale=

In reply to: [Visual Form Builder] One form stopped working and gives PHP errorsHi Webunraveling,
1. Make sure your running the latest version of WordPress 4.6.1, there are problems with 4.6 on some hosts, related to a problem in WordPress.
2. Make sure your running php 5.4 or better
3. Check for conflicts with your theme and other plugins
4. Make sure you have completed the setup (reply to emails, etc) – This has been known to fix the issue you mention above.
Hope this helps,

In reply to: [Visual Form Builder] VFB doesn’t send multiple emailsHello Merkucio,
There are a few things to check here. This would be a good place to start: https://classic.vfbpro.com/faq/emails-are-not-being-sent/. This covers most issues with emails not sending. Also make sure if your running WordPress 4.6 that you update to 4.6.1, there is actual email problems with WordPress 4.6.
Thanks,
Joseph
VFBPro SupportGlad you were able to target the issue and always happy to help!

In reply to: [Visual Form Builder] increase default value for html field?Hello Fritolay,
First thing you will want to check is your max input vars in your php settings to make sure you have enough to work with in that regard. Further you would have to change the core files in free or pro version in order to increase the default value size.
Hope this helps,
Joseph

In reply to: [Visual Form Builder] Update VFB PluginHello Backpages,
Your using the latest and last version of our Classic plugin which has been off the market for about 2 years and is no longer supported really. 2.9.2 is our free version and is not a later version of Classic. So there are no further updates to what you are using. If you wanted our Pro version, it can be purchased from VFBPro.com.
Hope this helps,
Joseph

In reply to: [Visual Form Builder] is it possible to reset form via javascript?Hello Pete,
This is a very interesting use and application of VFBPro. Because the form shortcode is in that space, I cannot think of a way to not show the confirmation message other than to CSS it out. Wanting another form to show would require a refresh. I cannot think of anyway around that at all, even using one of our hooks, you will still need a refresh. Sorry about that.Joseph
VFBPro SupportHello Vendransadic,
I’d suspect that your server is restricting the file size. VFBPro does not control limits on file size. I am not sure where you set the max upload size in VFBPro as that is not a feature we offer. The problem is most likely server related, php settings. Check to make sure your server isnt timing out because of the time it takes to upload larger files, make sure your actual WordPress install is allowing uploads of that file size and that your server will as well. Also check and make sure your running at least php 5.4.
Thanks,
Joseph
