Thank you for getting back to me about this issue, I have reviewed your ticket and see that in all cases we responded to you every time within 1 day or less, in most cases within hours. That appears to be very good customer service. I hardly think that because the result was not exactly what you wanted to hear is worthy of the scathing review you have given us here.

We do realize you have found a small bug in our plugin and we work to fix those in as timely a manner as possible within our ability to do so. Your patience is appreciated. We understand you may be disappointed by this, but perhaps you would consider that the service we provided to you was more than adequate even though a fix is not immediately available.

There are a few initial things to do.

1. check for conflicts with another plugin or theme
2. See if your website host meets the minimum requirements for wordpress, php 5.4 or better, etc.
3. There are no known issues with 4.6.1 at this time, so it appears to be something happening with your site. My guess is something else such as another plugin has reacted poorly to the 4.6.1 upgrade and it is effecting VFBPro or your server doesn’t meet minimum requirements.

Thank you for your message. You should not need to add a second plugin. This sounds like an issue with your site or hosting configuration. Maybe even the install?

Longform documentation can be found here: classic.vfbpro.com. I’d suggest a few things: Test for conflicts, check server and see if it meets minimum requirements PHP 5.4 or better is super important.

You might also check to make sure you are running pbp 5.4 or better and that you are not running WordPeess 4.6. (there are email issues with this version of WordPress, which are not related to our plugin)
