While system shows it was last updated a day ago, that version (3.3.5) is not available to download/update.

Built it over with a new page, then swapped URLs and whatnot, and now it works. But mobile-specific customizations are still either not visible, or only partially applied.

Still fighting the plugin and wondering if it makes more sense to build in Elementor for long-term ease.

So strange. It must be some data stuck in the browser cache (even though I’ve emptied it). GT Metrix test of the site doesn’t see the button, either. If no one besides that one browser can see it, I’ll say that the system “fixed” itself through some combination of caches, file checks, and reinstalls.

Weird, it seems to now be gone, both when logged in and out. However, when visiting the site in Firefox, it still displays, though not in Safari (on computer or iPhone).

Ok, so I discovered if I fully disable LiteSpeed Cache, the button disappears. But the cache (all aspects have been fully emptied) seems to keep it visible (at least for me).

I’ve emptied the cache multiple times. Switched back to Hemingway (after deleting and reinstalling it). Button is visible now for me.

Yes, as I mentioned, I switched themes to avoid the issue. Happy to switch back for troubleshooting.

FYI: I changed themes on page to avoid this issue (so it won’t be visible upon visiting).

Marko, thanks for the quick reply. It was LazyLoad. Disabling it got rid of the issue. Looks like there’s an incompatibility with the Elementor Media Carousel. Thank you; I’m happy to have the caching back on for the site.

Nice that it seems to be getting faster on its own as well. Hope that trend continues. Thanks.
