In reply to: Media Library Won't Load in 4.0Okay, solved. End up being a malicious code on a .php file . Erase the whole file then removed the troubling line on wp-config.php and done. Now I can upload images, view images on grid view, and post images to pages.
Thanks for your advice.

In reply to: Can't insert image by upload or open image libraryI have the exact same problem that you had with kruzon.com. I ruled out plugin problem and did a reinstall from the wordpress dashboard without luck. Like you I am concern about losing data if I do a fresh install from scratch. Extremely frustrated with wordpress and its support as there is no clear solution to a very common problem.
What is the best approach to fix this problem? Please advise as many users are having this problem and you seem to shed a light to solve it. Thanks in advance

In reply to: Media Library Won't Load in 4.0Correct, up to date. Also want to add that when uploading an image it changes to generic number “1666, 1667, and on” instead of the real name.

In reply to: Media Library Won't Load in 4.0Same here and tried all solutions above with no luck. The grid option doesnt show the media, and this makes it impossible to upload media to a page.
