I didn’t make it smaller on my sample, it’s still full width, I just created a wide gradient background on photoshop and put my imagem centered over it.

You have changed a bit the front page slider, and if you check it well, it is no more responsive. it’s not working anymore on tablets and smatphones…

I don’t think it is a good idea what you did… you should edit your image as I did on my sample.

By now, it’s not possible to link those image, maybe in the future..

I am not sure what is happening, but I noticed you have changed the core of the theme adding a long text on the footer instead of use one of the widgets… had you change anything else?

My guess is that you might have removed or added some code accidentally that is causing that issue, but I am still not sure…

In addiction, plugins also might cause some conflicts, but I don’t think is the cause. However you may want to disable them and see what happen…

Also, you can try backup and reinstall the theme again if nothing of these clues helps you…

WordPress is responsible to show number of posts on the blog page and not the theme, you should go to Settings > Reading and set the number of posts you want to be showed. By default WordPress shows 10 posts per page.

you have to go to Appareance > Theme Options and uncheck ‘hide’ on Blog featured slider at General Section.

You can also use hexadecimal code to get closer your logo image color.

Your logo color is #a71f03. Change red to this #a71f03

I am thinking about implement some color schemes to the next update. But, if you have any basic CSS knowledge, you can style Lupercalia very easily by changing the default color (deeppink) on style.css file.

Just use some text editor to find and replace deeppink to the color you want to.

I didn’t realize it was happening only on Chrome. I’ve read about some people who is dealing with this issue using FlexSlider and I’ve partially fixed, however I only managed to fix it when the slider auto-rotates. I am still looking for an appropriate solution.

About you site name, thank for reporting it. I am writing down all these reports and I am going to fix them on next update. But if you want to partially fix it, you can open your header.php and replace line 6:

<title><?php wp_title(); ?></title>

to:

<title><?php echo get_bloginfo( ‘name’ ); ?></title>

I think I am aware about what you are saying, I am using FlexSlider and it seems to be a bug when the browser is resized.

I have found some people with the same problem using this plugin, but none of what they said worked for me. I’m still looking for a solution.

No plugin, just go to Appearence > Theme Options and include your social network links there.

And yes, you can translate this theme, but you need to create your own translated file, because by now it only include english and portuguese languages (I only speak these two languages and I created them by myself).

In addition, if you want to include your translated file on a future update, I will be happy to have your files to make this theme multi-language.
