“Counter.yadro.ru” wise, you mean they’re using pictures hosted by your website? If so, you can stop it by putting a rule on your .htaccess file. Google for “stop hotlinking”.

Can you access your FTP? If so, download the 5.5 zip and manually put it on your server and install it.

1) Disable your plugins to check if one of them is the problem. If not, roll back to WP deault theme to see if the problem is with the theme you use. 2) To fix it all, install WP Downgrade plugin and go back to 5.42. There’re really a lot of bugs caused by this update (most by themes/plugins lack of compability). Wait until your theme/plugins get updated (try to identify the problem origin before you downgrade — step 1 as described).

Dashboard > customize > site identity. There you can change your logo.

You have to check both, the text you want to be removed and the one you don’t want to be (and that is being removed by the plugin). First disable the plugin. Then use Chrome to do the job. Visit your website, select the text you want to check (what you want to be hidden — and after repeat it for the text you don’t want to be hidden), right-click and choose to inspect. Chrome will show you the codes, see the item class there. Verify if both items have the same CSS class.

Check the CSS class of the part that is being hidden and you don’t want it to be. See if it’s the same CSS class as the part you want to be hidden. if so, assign a new class if possible to the part you do not want removed.

Did you try to disable all of your other plugins (except Phlox core plugins)? If not, try it, it can be a conflict. I installed Phlox as well and tested the slider. To me it works fine (as everything else the theme offers), so it’s likely a problem on your side.

When you’re importing a theme you can choose if you want the whole thing, including the pictures and everything else, or not. Just do it all again, uninstall the theme, install it once more and restart.
