Same here…I have seen that this very issue has happened in the past, there are posts here reporting the same issue with WF since 2013. Some of the tech guys at WF suggested it could be due to PHP version at your host. Mine is 5.4.45. Pls what is yours? so that we can perphaps rule out or confirm that might be the case.
Regards,
Great, many thanks

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Wordfence Shows SoakSoak In W3TC-Produced Cache filesI have had the same issue in wp-content/cache/object/000000 (in another directory)
Deleted the file with wordfence and it shows everything clean. After a few days, yesterday it happened again. This time, I deleted the file and de-activated w3tc. Again, wordfence scan now it shows everything clean.
I haven’t had revslider installed at all in the site.
Any news or findings about this?
Regards,
Thanks for the update Jamas!
Wordfence has also give me some potential malware warnings in a plugin and a theme. On all cases is a bit.ly url.
All I know is bitly.com is a shortener url service.
Any clarifying info, very much appreciated.
