The issue is that if I try to contact support from within the Premium admin GUI, the link ‘Contact our support team’ does not show a pop-up.
Of course I will not downgrade to the free version to get help, that is a strange suggestion. Never heard that from a support desk.

Please be aware that my 4 out of 5 stars does not imply that there is anything wrong with this plugin. I simply believe that there is always room for improvement although in this case there is no such necessity for me.

For what I read, there should be a default .css in which I can change the font type of the e-mail to be sent. Can someone tell me which one that is?
