Soy el autor de este post (hace 11 meses) y a pesar de que dice RESOLVED, eso es falso…
Aun persiste el problema y según veo otros usuarios han seguido reportándolo.
Espero que funcione pronto.

Por otro lado, se han registrado errores a partir de la penúltima actualización de Woocommerce que impiden que este plug funcione correctamente, yo he mantenido las versiones antiguas de Woo y de Rapel para evitarlo, pero pronto tendremos que actualizar Woo ya que hay otros componentes que dejarán de funcionar con una versión no actualizada.

Ojalá alguien nos de alguna luz al respecto.
Al parecer el soporte de este plugin no es muy eficiente.
