Hello, thanks for responding. I tried creating the ticket, but I had some issues and it seem not to be working. Anyways, I’ve switched to the free version now, and the problem is still persistent. Can you help me now since I already have one ticket open here? Thanks.

I was thinking of switching to WooCommerce Subscription plugin from another subscription plugin, but I was told by a friend that there is no option to adjust subscription retries to meet my specification (based on my previous request). So I need to know if a code can be provided before I purchase anything. I don’t like taking chances. Can the code be provided?
ok. Thanks for the update. In the time being, is it possible that you give me a code that I can put in the function.php to fix that real quick. Else, the plugin can’t be useful for me because of the crucial issue stated above. Thanks

I’ve gone ahead to create a new forum there. however, I just have another question/issue regarding woocommerce subscription – payment retries tho. So basically, I would like to edit how the retry process works, but because I’m still new to PHP coding. I found the codes and instructions here, https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/subscriptions/develop/failed-payment-retry/, All I need is to be able to edit it. So It would be great if someone can just help me adjust it to meet my specification. What I want is, a retry to happen 3 times only over a 6 to 7 day period after the actual recurring payments fail, the first retry should be after 24hrs, the 2nd should be 2 days or 48 hours AFTER the 1ST RETRY and the 3rd should be 3 days or 72 hours AFTER the 2ND RETRY. I also hope this would update the email notifications with it. Thanks

WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery https://cartflows.com/cart-abandonment/ and WP Optin Wheel Pro https://www.studiowombat.com/plugin/wp-optin-wheel/ to generate automated coupon codes to encourage customers to buy products. The problem is, these plugins do not give me the option to exclude a product category or a product (e.g Gift card). However, they do let me set the expiring time and few other things like usage limit etc, but not the option to exclude a certain product from the coupon coverage or restrict the coupon to only certain products or categories. This is very important because I cannot see a gift card with a 50% coupon for example. That would leave us in debt when people then use the gift card to buy stuff. When I manually generate a coupon, I exclude those products (gift card) myself. So what I need is a code or a filter that I can put in function.php that the coupon would pass through when autogenerating a code that would automatically exclude the gift card category in the usage restriction. Thanksand concerning the site’s System Status, I’m not sure you need that tho and besides, I don’t want to publish my site info here cos I’m not sure if safe to do that due to security.
