I assume you are referring to the product link itself? I have no issues adding that – I just select the file from WP Media Library.

Anyway I think I found the issue. If you check the log I pasted earlier, it says
“[payment_status] => Pending” and “[pending_reason] => unilateral”. I checked the unilateral pending reason online and saw it happens when the PayPal address isn’t confirmed yet. I also figured that the product doesn’t get downloaded coz payment status is still pending.

I’ll try to get the PayPal email address confirmed and see if the issue is solved. Thanks for your help!

1. #pum-123 refers to the name of my cookie yeah? So incase the name of my set cookie is pum-262, my code will have #pum-262 instead.
2. cookie-name in my code will be pum-262 instead as well?

Instead of using the summary tag, use the respective magic taag for each field instead.
