Thanks for your reply, but I think I managed to solve the problem by installing WP mail SMTP plugin, before that the website was using the default WordPress mailing system, but after installing WP mail SMTP the problem seems to be solved. Thanks once again, I’m really liking your plugin.

Thank you for the reply, sorry for not replying myself earlier but just now I found when the problem occurs – only when the user’s email is in gmail.

What is happening now is that I as an admin get a notification email in which I can see the user name and product to which he is subscribing but the email is not displayed. Also the user don’t receive the first email (for the successful subscription) but receive the second email when the product is back to stock.

I’ve found what was causing the problem. The transients were suspended by a plugin for managing them. I have unsuspended them and now the export is working. Thanks very much for your time and support.
