I’d like to implement your fix, but I’m missing something or something is wrong in your post. You’re suggestions to replace $data = $submission->get_posted_data(); with the same code and $form_id is new, but not set anywhere. Is your replacement suggestion for line 216 correct?

Fixed it by running a second query and merging the data with the main one…

I tried some things with a custom rewrite rule, but I ended up with custom taxonomies. I still use the custom fields, but I create the (concatenated) taxonomies during post saving.

So you both were absolute right about taxonomies being the right solution ?? Thanks for your help!

Unfortunately I still get the 500 error without messages after I set wp_debug to true. It might be something on the server itself that doesn’t allow the execution of some code on that page…
