If you want to register it again you will have to wait another year. Unless you can contact wordpress.com support and see what they can do.

You can transfer your domain all you have to do is contact wordpress.com and ask for your EPP Key once you have obtained this go to the link below and follow the instructions.

Note: You will have to wait 60 days till you can transfer it

You’re going to have to look through the php files of the theme if you’re lucky it could be within the index.php file just look for this code and remove it. If your not sure on how to find these files Go to Appearances > Editor > Index.php or whatever file you think its in, just make sure its the theme your site is using though.

This really depends on the amount of bandwidth your site has. Have you tried talking to the support operators who host your site?

Once you have gained full access I recommend that you update your WordPress Installation.
