In reply to: [Sendle Shipping Plugin] There are no shipping methods available.Ok so in that case there may be an issue with your origin address in your settings. Can you confirm you have the exact same suburb / postcode combination.
If that doesn’t work you may like to share us your site details to our contact form and we can take a look at your settings.

In reply to: [Sendle Shipping Plugin] Incorrect postcode/subur (guest checkout)Further updates have been included in V2.2.5 which includes the ability to turn on or off predictive suburb/postcode. Generally sites experienced the issues reported here due to javascript errors in the cart preventing the predictive address function from working properly. We advise anyone seeing this issue to:
1. Check for latest version updates
2. Check for any js error in cart page
3. If those cannot be address try turning off predictive address setting in admin.regards

Thanks for the feedback. Yes currently we don’t receive any difference in response between an invalid postcode/suburb combination and a no service area from sendle API. But you are right, the workaround to this is to pre-validate the postcode/suburb in the plugin against a known database of these. We are investigating this option and other alternatives such as full google maps validated addresses and likely to release an upgrade in the coming weeks which uses one of these methods to improve “address-ability”.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Sendle Shipping Plugin] Shipping CostShort answer is both. Long answer – Weight is the minimum information required by Sendle to provide a quote. However if dimensions are listed on the product, these will be included in the package data submitted to Sendle API and in this case both weight and size are considered to obtain a more accurate quote.

The edit referred to here is when editing the shipping method inside shipping zones. This is empty because no configuration is required at individual zone level. All Sendle plugin configuration is found in Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping > Sendle.
