It actually works. Only 4 months to fix but nice work.
As the company who actually produce this plugin can’t seem to fix or even acknowledge the issue, I’ve reverted back to version 6.2.2 which works and I’m planning to move away to another ticketing solution ASAP.
Also having the same issue. Add 35mins for a ticket (00:35) and it shows in the email using the ?{customfield:final_time_spent_on_ticket}?shortcode as 2100 minutes.
Clients are going crazy thinking they will be charged for that time.
I’m having the same problem. I’ve submittted a ticket so waiting…
It’s really annoying to restore from a backup if I make a template change as it means I have to manually reapply any client data changes.
@thewebatom That’s very cheap site hosting and management for 12 months. Also, your contact form is broked.

I’ve just updated to 5.4.4 and PDF generation working now – after three updates.
Send me an email and I’ll reply with it. [email protected]
I created a custom PDF file as the default one is terrible. The paid status is visible on mine using the following code:
<td>
<label for=”date”>Payment Status:</label>
</td>
<td style=”text-align:right; color:red; font-weight: bold;”>##INVOICE-STATUS##</td>I can send you the file if you want. It’s much neater than the default.
PDF is working now so I think I’ll stay with v5.4.1 until it’s definitely fixed.
I can also confirm that the PDF formatting is broken. Really great when I’m about to send invoices to clients. Thanks.
It wasn’t really a compliment.
I did and it didn’t work. Event is live now so we are collating the results manually.
Yes and it didn’t work. I’ve also tried #_EVENTLOCATION{url} which didn’t work.

I think we’re getting confused here. I want to include a url in the iCal file. This url is a Zoom link and I’ve placed it in the Location/URL field. It doesn’t show in the event listing or in the iCal file though.
This is the event.
That’s not a Zoom link though. I’ve tried using your reply and it just shows a link to the location on the site and not an external url.
I need the location to be https://zoom.us/j/321321321321321 so users can click on it from within the calendar entry.
