is it also possible to move the section up and down cant seem to be able to do this either ?? have 3 vertically and to adjust the vertical size of them and move them up a bit?

well it did work before the logos did show on all the other pages, but for Reason they dont now ?? i must have done something?

is there a simple way to make a column appear fixed on all pages?
