Thanks for the quick reply @glenwpcoder
I’ve used the same recipient email as the live (non-Docker) site and can receive all attachments fine.
It must be something to do with the environment but I’m not sure what, are the attachments queued in some way and processed one by one? Wondering if something is interrupting that process after the first is attached?

In reply to: [Constant Contact Forms] Form leads not transferring to listsI think the form you’re referring to is from the original poster, but your tip regarding cron seems to have worked.
Checking the box ‘Bypass Constant Contact cron scheduling’ seems to have fixed the issue as emails are now getting added to CC and the debug log is recording activity.
Thanks for your help!

In reply to: [Constant Contact Forms] Form leads not transferring to lists@constantcontact I’ve checked with Pantheon and wp-content/uploads is writable, so the logs should be updating (assuming that’s where they are stored)
With regards to the issue with adding to lists, there’s nothing in the CC admin settings that could be restricting these? I’ve tried various email providers (Gmail, Hotmail, custom) but all fail to be added to the list – even though the WP email notification comes through ok.
I’m also using PHP
do_shortcode()
in a template rather than adding to a page, would that explain any issues? I assume it’s treated the same but highlighting just in case.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Constant Contact Forms] Form leads not transferring to listsI’m having similar issues, the plugin sends the notification email to say a person has signed up but the details are not added to the Constant Contact list.
In addition the debug log is not logging any activity which is making tracing the issue difficult.
It’s as if there is no connection, or limited connection to the CC API, but there are no errors to give clues.
If it’s relevant the site is hosted on Pantheon, are there any specific filesystem/server config requirements that might be causing issues?
