In reply to: [Gutenberg] WordPress Gives Zero FsWhen did it go off topic? All the posts here are commenting on the OP and the moderators responses to her. At least this post was responded too unlike the 1000’s others you ignored. Why did two mods comment on this post while ignoring the rest? What is different about this review?

In reply to: [Gutenberg] A confusing over-complicated editor. Thanks for taking time to leave a review. Whilst I understand you aren’t happy using the new editor, I would love to investigate more into what for you would make Gutenberg worth using. What do you feel is the best writing experience out there? It would be great to get some more insights.
He literally told you his insights.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] WordPress Gives Zero FsThe truth of it all, and I know it’s an unpopular thing to say, is that we don’t care about star ratings, no plugin or theme authors on www.remarpro.com should. We care about the experiences, if you leave a review, tell us why you’re having a good or bad experience and let us see how we can work with that information.
Wow. This blows me away but am not surprised. WP is is a bad place right now.
My 1 star review WAS my experience. I have made one review in 12 years of Working with WordPress, but you blithely dismiss it in a bizarrely unprofessional and extremely alarming statement from a person speaking for www.remarpro.com.
This statement re-enforces my decision to start looking to move away from WordPress.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] WordPress Gives Zero FsI think we’re thinking about the same page builder and I also hope they become a stand-alone software that doesn’t screw up its users’ businesses, especially right before holidays when most small businesses run sales and make the most money they can make in a whole year.
Let’s hope so.
I am tempted to send a bill to Automattic for the extra hours worked because of this mess.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] WordPress Gives Zero FsI’m not going to claim I know the majority of the user demographic (because there’s just _too many_ to know)
Who is your target user now? I can’t figure it out.
It is obvious that the core user demographic which made WordPress popular in the first place has been completely overlooked for … what? A half baked buggy page builder that solves no problems just before the holidays.
I can see a popular page builder leaving WP and taking millions of users with them. I know that is what I would be doing.
I am look for alternatives that are not going to actively screw up my business in the new year, and in the meantime I am recommending that no one updates.
