I don’t think this is a godaddy issue – I’m having the same problem. I’m using the Jetpack 1.7, I set up a contact form with email enabled. The responses turn up in Feedback, but never appear in my email inbox. I’ve tried with both Google email addresses and Yahoo and neither receives the email.
