I had to revert back to version 8.0, which has been working fine for me for some time now. I disabled the auto update for this particular plugin. Hopefully they can get this issue resolved sooner rather than later.

I didn’t have an email to send from set up in Settings. Once I added the email, everything that I previously done [ie. delete emails] had went through. It is fully functional now.

I just attempted to reply to a support ticket, and it hung up again!
