  • It may not be the same issue in everyone’s case. From my experience a specific plugin is often not compatible with that version of PHP.

    @maggieymae I am not sure if you resolved this entirely but hopefully you were able to find any malicious files and remove them, while also changing all account passwords to your website including hosting, wordpress, etc.

    Personally I see many attacks daily on sites for brute force and sql injection that I would not be concerned about if Wordfence is not finding any new issues with files on your server, similar to the webcache it flagged. However I know Wordfence has flagged the wp fastest cache for me before and I personally clicked to ignored it thinking it was normal, and have not had any issues after doing so. Though if you really found some sort of added directory/folder with some sort of redirect or form then that is a cause of concern. I better do a review of the sites I manage, that uses both plugins, just to be safe.

    Removed my comments, I think a new topic is more appropriate,

    Yes I am, thanks for getting back. Just checked today and I still cannot create new popups without this occuring when I try to save the draft or publish them.

    Also I have kept WordPress up to date, current version of Boxzilla is Version 3.2.14
    Wordpress is 5.2.2

    I thought perhaps the site running an old version of PHP could be causing the issue but after recently upgrading to use 7.2 it still occurs.

    In case anyone else is trying to do something similar I compromised and displayed it below the nav menu using absolute positioning in CSS field C.

    using this
    position:absolute; top: 40; padding:0; margin:0; width: 100%; z-index: 99999;

    I think the issue is this plugin just cannot do what I want and push the menu and all content down?
    Seems like it is being position behind the top menu pushing only the page content down, not including the top nav menu. When I use the second example css for CSS option C and no option under main to force it fixed at top.
    Maybe an issue with compatibility with the theme?

    @cjc1867 It will work for anyone on a different network, other than the one experiencing the issue. Even now it was working last I checked but it didn’t take much interaction with the website for the issue to come up and keep me off of it for 5 to 10 minutes before it was ok again. This occured 5 to 10 times today at least.

    @sterndata No security plugins are installed currently.
    Currently there is Advanced Access Manager, Display Posts Shortcode, Divi Booster, Google Analytics Dashboard for WP, (Poll, Survey, Quiz, Slideshow & Form Builder by OpinionStage.com), and Responsive Tabs. I left these because they have been installed without issue for months. I removed a backup plugin and one other more recent addition to see if it helped but no luck so far.

    I will likely contact the host tomorrow to see if they have any advice, just in case it is on their end.
