I mean a way to allow the product image and title to be clickable using short code?

I should have given you more information my fault!

I am using short codes as this allows the short description to show in the product list, but if i use the woocommerce product block insert it does not show the short description.

is there a way to do this in shortcode?

Marking this as resolved as figured this out after 3 hours searching!!

Hi I tried with the following theme:
Twenty Nineteen
And the same issue seems to be there. My client requires this as part of the design. I am wondering as they want to show just 3 lines of text under product title as below:

*Price
*Product Title
*Media Type
*Media details
*Media provider

I could try custom fields in the product archive, but I also could not find a way to include those in the theme.

I have tried this code you suggested and nothing shows on the shop page, It is strange as I have tried a few things but cannot get it to show.

I really do not want to copy over the file for archive_product to woocommerce in mytemplatefile/woocommerce.

I tried creating a plugin and got most of my modes to work this way, but I just cannot get the short description to show on the page:
