cant change my site title

hi there,

i am using theme 1480.

i had the site title changed to my custom name in the theme setings page, but accidentally hit the reset button. now the site title is stuck on the default one that came with the theme. i cannot change it. i have also deleted my browser cache aswell and that hasnt helped.
