Just following up with more information. An order was received, but no new order email is sent at all after a failed payment. The shop manager has to manually send out the email which goes off fine with the invoice attachment (no errors in the WP Mail log).

I wonder what could be causing no New Order email to be sent after a failed payment.

I can’t replicate the issue by doing this as it only occurs directly after an order initially fails due to a card being declined.

Here is the flow of events which results in no order email being sent:

I will monitor the emails and send you the results of the plugin as requested when it occurs again.

Hi Dima,

I have tried this several times, and have put the full javascript code for the quick view plugin into all 3 fields (before updating, during and after). The issue still remains. I cleared all caches after saving the changes. The code works on the first page (before the infinite scroll occurs).

Any ideas?

I would also love to see some documentation on how the “How many time to show notification” works. When I set this to “5”, I don’t see the notification after 5 loads, but that seems to be sitewide and no other user can see the notification after that. I would have thought that it should work so that it displays 5 times per user?

I copy and pasted the javascript for the quick view plugin, however, that hasn’t seemed to change anything.

I got in touch with the theme developer who suggested that I should download a plugin called “Insert Headers and footers“, however, I have read the reviews and I wouldn’t want to add this plugin to my site for security reasons.

I would like to keep the theme buttons, but still do not know how to implement the code you sent me.
