In reply to: Theme customization page is blankIf you are unsure of anything regarding ftp you can contact your webhost and they will provide you with the required info i.e. your username,password and server info. The other way of doing this via cpanel or plesk. This login information can also be obtained from your webhost

In reply to: Theme customization page is blankDo you have ftp access/cpanel/plesk to your site? If so you can try:
- Deleting the WordPress files currently on your server and reinstalling WordPress and create a new database for it.
- Reinstalling WordPress but reusing your current database, this would require you to delete everything except your wp-config.php file as is depicted by its name it holds all of your config information for your WordPress site.
Note:First backup your current site via ftp i.e.(download all of the files currently on your server). Also backup your database (via sql export option on phpmyadmin)
