Hi Tim,
1. Regarding formatting issue: Yes it only happens when sending via fallback.
2. Regarding making the Publishing status Internal: It is not possible. It says: “Because you’re not a Google Workspace user, you can only make your app available to external (general audience) users.”
What is your advice to these two issues?

Do you happen also to have a solution to why the Fallback emails, using our G-mail account, do not get formatted?

Thanks a lot for your answer. We do not have G Suite. We published it as a public app. Perhaps we shouldn’t even if we do not have G Suite? What do you think?

JonasReflection: Could it be that when the PostmanSMTP WordPress plugin got updated a couple of days ago, then also Google revoked the permission? And thus we have to get the app permission regranted by Google? I cannot understand why it Google suddenly revoked the permission.
We used Fallback with Gmail-account while we wait for permission to be granted. It works but emails are not HTML, i.e. not formatted.

Ok, I understand it is my mistake. The app is the one that I create in Google Console, so it is not the Post SMTP? I guess it is so, which means there is a configuration issue in the Google Console app which I created in order to get the keys…
Hi again,
I authenticated the app again with Google, and now it works. However it says that Google has not verified the app, and it has to be the developer that verifies it.
Anything you should do there? Or have I misunderstood something?
I am a bit nervous that this will happen again and disturb the functioning of the website.

But as we have not gone live with the lucky wheel feature yet, I have placed it on a private product page. That is why one has to be logged in, but now I made it into a password protected product page, and the password is: lucky
