Come on??? I have no idea why this is happening.. Do i need to use another function then php time???

It seems gmt_offeset has no value in my blogs… can this be a problem???

general settings:
Timezone: Brussels
UTC time is 2011-10-22 9:45:42 Local time is 2011-10-22 11:45:42

However when i do echo date('H:m:s', current_time('timestamp'));

i get 11:10:58

..What can the problem be???

i don’t have another server to test on.. but i tested this on the latest version of wp and on a fresh install!

solved, wp_footer() must be called!

It’s only when i’m not in the admin panel..

The grey bar is there.. but without options or anything else..

It seems a problem with the theme.. i’ve removed all sidebars and menus.. is the admin bar one of these??
