In reply to: [Thrive Automator] Date Field functionality requestHi @caribbeanbruce ,
Good day! Thanks for reaching out to us.
Currently, our custom field integration with autoresponders such as ActiveCampaign only supports Text field types.
On checking, we have an existing feature request to support “Date” field types in our custom field integration with autoresponders. I went ahead and added your vote for this.
You can see how we handle feature requests here – https://help.thrivethemes.com/en/articles/4425620-how-are-bugs-and-feature-requests-logged-and-released
Please do let us know if there’s anything else that we can assist you with.

In reply to: [Thrive Automator] Is it possible to trigger based on a ACF field?Hi there,
Good day! Thanks for reaching out to us.
Triggering or filtering an automation based on ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) plugin, is not yet supported.
However, based on the type of custom field you created. You may try to use our Thrive Automator plugin to update the values assigned to your custom fields.
For example, I have the “Colleagiate Number” custom field created in ACF. – https://share.getcloudapp.com/P8uNlPBe
I could create an automation where if a user profile is updated, the “Colleagiate Number” field value will be updated.
See: https://share.getcloudapp.com/12uREZW7
Will this work for you?
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Best regards,
JonaHi Rene,
Thanks for getting back to us.
I checked your screenshots and confirmed that they are configured correctly.
I tried the same set-up on my test environment, and you can see from the screencast below that the automation is working for me.
Please see this screencast: https://share.getcloudapp.com/YEuDm5LA
The issue might be caused by a plugin/theme conflict.
Could you try doing the steps below to further isolate the issue?
– Ensure that the Thrive Automator plugin is updated to its latest version
– Ensure that the WooCommerce plugin is updated to its latest version
– Temporarily disable your plugins one-by-one, except for Thrive Automator and WooCommerce
– Temporarily switch your GeneratePress theme to a WordPress default theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-One)Please let me know how you get on. Thank you, and have a nice day!
Best regards,
Jona
